Reinstalled ceiling fan the transponder had gone bad client had supplied received transponder from Manufacture
Reconnected A receptacle that client had intended to install and was not working in Florida room.
Install ceiling fan and outside sitting area also troubleshoot a recessed light that was flickering and we spliced wires in restroom.
In the spare bath room of the home light and outlet were not working.found the switch outlet combination device wired incorrectly and a broken nuetral wire respliced the neutrals and rewired the device all now working correctly.
Did home maintenance tested smoke detectors changed smoke batteries. Tested gfci receptacles.
In the master bathroom found the fluorescent light burning very dim.the ballast was20-25 years old and faulty.installed new energy efficient t-8 ballast and lamps which will help save money.all tests good.
In the living room we laid down drop cloth and built and installed a customer supplied ceiling fan,disassembled the existing fan we removed and put fan in a box for future use.On the side patio removed a broken weather proof flip cover and install a bubble cover to protect the device and cord that is plugged into it.All tests good
Upon arrival,client stated water heater not getting sufficient power to bottom element. Retired water heater and explained that upper thermostat has to satisfy before bottom thermostat turns on. Retired pump due to being unsafe. Hallway light not working due to switch not being wired correctly. Retired switch and light now working
Installed two new sconces on concrete with PVC pipe in garage to protect wires also ran new wires to the timer

Sewer line repair cleaning. Epoxy and grout to seal channel rot for camera inspection and mechanically clean 2'' cast iron kitchen line to major channel rot in pipe. Mechanically clean line to remove scale and build up in line. Install a 2'' cipp liner (CIPP). Existing master bath toilet was broken in the process of removing flange and replaced at no charge.
Did a home preventative maintenance of the electrical system.tighten all terminations in the panel.tested all switches fans lights and outlets all tested good.found the smoke detectors connected to the alarm system.recommended to install Gfci protection in the garage exterior and both baths.customer wanted new circuits installed to existing generator transfer switch.traced out circuit customer wanted and installed to generator transfer switch did generator test all circuits work on switch
Gave proposal to bring proper voltage to subpanel, in conduit, from main panel.
Home maintenance, tighten all breakers in the electrical panel tested all GFCI's and receptacles also tested smoke detectors in the home to ensure smoke safety
Installed wire mold to run circuit for a ceiling fan installed two client supplied dimmers.
